• KTB Digital Core Banking:
• Led a technical team of 30+ specialists in the "go-live" implementation of KTB's new Digital Core Banking platform, built on Thought Machine.
• Directed the architecture and development of the Golang-based integration layer, successfully launching the first two key products: 'Deposit with Pocket' and 'Revolving Loan'.
• Ensured the overall solution architecture, detailed design, and system performance strictly aligned with Client's enterprise standards, security protocols, and operational requirements.
• KTB Digital Lotto:
• Architected and led a 30+ people team to design, build, and deploy Thailand's first national digital lottery platform.
• Engineered the system to handle massive, nationwide scale, successfully supporting 30 million active users and peak transaction volumes of 50,000 TPS (Transactions Per Second).
• Provided expert technical direction and hands-on guidance to resolve critical bugs, solve complex integration challenges, and optimize system-wide performance.
• Designed and implemented the project's performance testing strategy using K6, creating reusable test patterns for complex, mixed-scenario load simulations.

• Technical Advisory for KTB account: provided technical consultation to the project e.g. Welfare, Mission Base, Tung Ngern.
• Leading Programing Tower in Software Engineering in Accenture Thailand.
